This is also work
My sketchbooks and diaries. A reminder that without time spent making aimless marks on paper and writing down messy thoughts, nothing interesting or productive will come in the end. (Click to see the chaos.)
Inky Food Icons
I’ve been enjoying drawing these kinds of things lately. There’s something weirdly satisfying about drawing and redrawing, and redrawing, and then maybe tweaking in Photoshop, until I get those “spontaneous” lines and textures just right.
Inky Words
These two were more like impulsive gestures in my big sketchbook. I’m still searching for a more original context to use them. Drop me a message if you have an interesting idea.
ro: Vindecarea începe cu
(EN: Healing starts with) This one was a gift for a friend. Three T-shirts were printed, and only one photo was taken of them, which Andreea says "isn't suitable for a portfolio." But it could also make a cool poster for your kitchen or restaurant. Let me know if you want one.
Clit Pattern
I did a bunch of ink doodles of clits while prepping for a logo design that never came to be (click if you're curious), so I turned them into a pattern—and now I’m thinking it would make a great tablecloth, don't you think?
Illustrations & Custom Icons for Pineapple Digital
This is the project that convinced me to start my company back in 2019—one of the first paid illustration jobs I ever did. It feels surprisingly recent.
Hand-Drawn Icons for North Camden Zone
I made this icon set to match the NCZ brand and to represent all aspects of their work. The project went so smoothly, I loved it!
Illustration & Pattern Design for dinMărginime
Gio and I just seemed to click. For the longest time, I wanted to draw a series of the traditional gates around Sibiu and another of fruits and veggies. Meanwhile, she was building a brand for local products made from fruits and veggies, inspired by those very traditional gates.
'Imposter's Manifesto' (click to read)
The drawings I did for my first Substack post. I was so eager to share it that I didn’t make a drawing for every item, but I guess these are good enough to set the mood.
Logo Design for 'Bad Art Night'
I’ve had this sitting around since 2020, when I spent the lockdown alone and felt incredibly isolated. I started inviting people over to draw as badly as we could—what better therapy? I’d love to start these sessions again, they really help me connect with people. Maybe this time at Absalon in Copenhagen?
This is a Choux Au Craquelin
The first in a series of pastries. Croissants and cinnamon rolls are on the way—once I get through a few other things on my list.
Homepage animations for 'KPIs Studio'

Cute stickers for KPIs Studio
It started with "Hey, my KPeyes are up here," but that felt a bit awkward in practice. So instead, we did a series of cute animals reaching for your KPIs.
Illustration & visual identity for Nook
Nook is a lovely coworking space in Sibiu. I loved making drawings for it.
Logo & Beer Glass Doodles for @he_brews__
This was a surprise for a friend. He said it looks too professional.
Research Report Design & Illustration
The deadline was tight, but we made it work. The fingertips symbolize the individual, while the paint stains and scribbles loosely reference hurt and injury. The goal was to make this report accessible and easy to follow for people of all ages.
Visual Identity & Illustration for Explorio
This was the pilot edition, so we aimed for a simple and efficient identity. I was inspired by a photo Magda took of Saturn and Jupiter. Everyone loved it, including me—it’s nice and easy to work with. Click to see the illustrations and some design process.
Logo & Art Direction for Bulgarian Treasures
I can't stop starring at that pattern.
Vă vedem din Sibiu
For some reason, I don't want to let this one go. I did it back in 2018 (or '19) to mark the 669 days of protest against corruption. It was back when I didn't yet have the courage to show my anger. Look how cute and innocent it looks, much like Sibiu.
